Victoria also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social work and has spent over 15+ Years in the field of Mental Health, meeting individuals where they are at in life & helping folks navigate their seasons of life.
I am a compassionate and creative therapist dedicated to helping individuals explore healing through art, mindfulness, and psycho-education. I support clients in processing emotions, gaining insights and reconnecting with themselves to help uncover their inner wisdom.
Therapeutic Approaches: Art Therapy I use creative expression– such as painting, drawing, and other art mediums to help clients access emotions that may be difficult to talk about. Art Therapy provides a non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, process trauma and build self-awareness.
Somatic Therapy Recognizing that the body holds trauma and emotions, I incorporate somatic techniques to help clients tune into bodily sensations, release tension and develop self-regulation skills. This may include breathwork, grounding exercises and mindful movement.
Narrative Therapy Our personal stories shape how we see ourselves, through this approach, I help clients rewrite limiting beliefs, explore new perspectives and reclaim their personal power by reframing their experiences in a meaningful way.
Mindfulness-Based practices Mindfulness is at the heart of my work, helping clients develop present-moment awareness, emotional regulation and self-compassion to foster calmness and clarity.
